• The Timber Pines Global Travel Club is a club organization which solicits group travel arrangements and tours for its members from travel agents & tour operators.  However, the Club offers no warranty, express or implied, as to the itinerary, comfort, or safety of members or their guests during such travel.     
• Nor is the club liable for members' refunds or financial arrangements with operators.  Traveler's special needs, such as those arising from medical conditions, must be brought to the attention of the tour operator in sufficient time.
